What Parents Say
This thank-you is long overdue to Mike and Bryan and other staff at AWP. I hope this is not the only thank-you you have received from parents whose young athletes you have worked with. In the 2yrs. my son Devin Anderson was in your program, I saw such a growth in him, not just as an athlete but as a young man. You guys showed more interest in him than his coach did and I thank you. You not only work with these young people athletically but you also teach them Christian life skills. Every parent and coach should make your program a must for all athletes. It is a real enhancement to any sports program. I am sure God will bless you guys, you will go far. Thanks again!!!

It is with great pleasure and confidence that I recommend you send your child athlete to AWP. My oldest son, who will be a senior at a local high school, has been attending the workout sessions at AWP for over 5 years. AWP stands for “Athletes With Purpose.” Mike Ledo and his experienced staff dedicate themselves to training your athlete to their fullest potential and help to work with them on their character. The personal attention that the athlete receives during workouts is wonderful and the way the staff works to build their developing character is honorable. They even have a session each week where the teens discuss how they can work more diligently to become a better person. Both of our sons have benefited by building great strength, improving their form and increasing their speed. In addition, the Character Development offered has reinforced our parenting at home, and helped them to develop great self-confidence. Thank you AWP!

What Coaches Say
I just wanted to let you know how much AWP has helped develop our athletes both physically and mentally. After many years of basic weight room workouts and some various plyometric drills the best decision we made was hiring AWP to take over our strength and conditioning for USF Basketball. The sport specific training we received has made all the difference and is certainly largely responsible for our success this season. We are leading the league in Rebounding, which takes not only discipline, but also athleticism. I can’t say enough about what your staff has done to help develop our young men and I certainly consider AWP a major factor in our basketball program.
