Michael Ledo co-founded AWP Sports Performance in 2003 and currently serves as President and CEO. Michael provides the vision and direction of AWP in all business matters, including sales and personnel.
Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis. While attending Michael played football, ending his career holding the single game, season and career rushing records and playing in two NAIA National Championships. Motivated by his passion for developing athletes into leaders, Michael has dedicated himself to empowering athletes physically, mentally and spiritually.
