Jarrell currently serves as a Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for generating new athlete enrollment to meet and exceed the monthly goals of the facility. In addition, Jarrell acts as the liaison for AWP, cultivating relationships with clients, parents, schools, sports clubs and community leaders.
Jarrell has his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Sports Management from the University of Saint Francis. While attending, Jarrell was a four-year starter and captain of two years of the football team. Jarrell looks to develop as leader within AWP; serving athletes and helping them to define their purpose beyond sports.
